Welcome to the Irish Lightblood Beltane Festival 2023 Runtime ~ 31/05/2022 - ***01/09/2022 Extensions Upon Request ~ **submissions can be entered up until 11:59 pm EST Beltane - Lá Bealtaine Beltane is a Pagan festival held on the 1st of May each year, or about halfway between the spring equinox and summer solstice. The festival marks the traditional start of summer in Gaelic countries such as Scotland and Ireland. Historically, rituals were performed on Beltane to protect the livestock, people and crops during the summer months. ~ General Guidelines Rules: (Breaking these rules will result in disqualification) Fullbody entries only (90% of the horse must be shown) Handlers/riders must be fully visible (no missing heads, faces etc) in all ridden classes. Reusing old/unused entries is not allowed (all entries much be made specifically for this event) No commissioned artwork (all parts of the artwork must be made entirely by you with the exception of collabs) No
